Agreed, it is irritating. With MyDiGi app we can straight away see our data quota. In new app, need to tap Continue then Usage.

They may be trying to hide the time it takes to load our data.

Ya I think ur guess might be spot on. The balance and expiry date still need to more time to load even after entering.
This new apps kinda sucks performance wise.
Btw anyone saw the reload bonus in this new app? I can see the BoS revamps to foryou section but the reload bonus ie RM30 getting RM3 free credit etc was not there

Normally is full when we use up, will empty if not use

Honestly I have no idea, I can login with biometric. Try installing again?

The other negative is the quota remaining time only shows an expiry date and not the remaining days and hours countdown which is really useful.

Conclusion is, it’s not affecting Digi IMSI or Digi legacy plans?

How to check IMSI, later wanna check my sister’s Digi corporate plan. I’m using Celcom corporate plan.

everytime i saw ppl say celcom digi speed cap, i never notice it at all
as i mention before, i still using very old digi plan, that don have 5G access

But still nothing shown there, just some random travel and streaming promos.
Also, it shows no add-on or boosters for my Digi Ambassador 0 but in the standalone app, there are boosters listed.

I think I will just switch to my old Digi SIMs that do not have 5G access yet. But I will check first if this affects Digi 5G too.

FYI I’m on CD40 SE and able to stream at 4K at this hour. I also not sure how to check IMSI but when do Speedtest it says Digi. I think I’m using a CELCOM SIM because before moving to the new app I managed all my phone bills through CELCOM Life. Ported from other service provider few months back.

I just checked my sister’s number who’s using Digi corporate postpaid had no issue and she can watch 4K while I sat next to her using Celcom corporate postpaid cannot watch 4K. shakehead.gif
