So happy that I can get 5G on my old Xpax number. Subscribed to 4-day 3TB Gemilang package, RM 8. Put it in my 5G router and it's just lovely for this long weekend usage since I'm going back to my hometown which does not have broadband in that house.

Oh wow, that's bad. I don't have issues with everywhere I go, always with 5G and sometimes 4G. No signal rarely happens.

I also received the invitation SMS yesterday for my Digi number but I got lazy need to eKYC. One day I will do it.

For legacy Celcom Xpax if extend one day validity for RM 1, it’s for 24H or will expire by daily 12am?

If it is just happening, quickly contact CS for help. Otherwise, unlikely will be possible.
In July, I forgot mine too and CS asked me to buy a physical reload RM 30 and then call them and give them the code and serial number, they will help to reload and my number is revived again.

To be honest, I really forgot. I think it was between 3-5 days.

I may forget this important details, mine was a Celcom Xpax number.

Glad that your number is still safe. Quickly go and buy and get them to do it for you asap for the peace of mind. When they told me that time, I quickly called my sister who was out there that time to go to 7-11 to buy me a top up. At first she thought I got scammed since there are a lot of top up scammers, then I told her it is not, official Celcom CS requested.

I cannot extend validity using iPad Celcom Life app. Sigh. Wanted to use CelcomDigi app and it seems eKYC already approved because I cannot see the option to ask me to verify KYC but none of my other CelcomDigi numbers are linked in the app, only my postpaid Digi is linked. Is this normal?

I just completed my eKYC on Sunday midnight and cannot see other numbers except for my main number. Today logged in and can see all numbers being listed. Pretty nice. Will try to extend the validity here next time because Celcom Life app doesn't work so well on the iPad if want to extend one day validity.

This merger is never easy and it is finally happening. Using one app is making our lives so much easier.

In Celcom Life app, More > Support & Services > Services > Validity Extension

Apart from the app, can use USSD code to extend too.

I'm not sure as I only have Celcom, Digi and Hotlink. My XOX is with long validity, so this is not needed.

I don’t have this. I only have the app exclusive - one day RM 1 for 100GB. Is yours unlimited speed or capped speed?

Neither, I'm still with the old Best and NEXT.

Mine is also showing CelcomDigi, just a normal Celcom Xpax prepaid.

Celcom postpaid but I think it’s still showing Digi Telecommunications.

I have 5 Digi numbers and one Celcom Xpax shown and linked on the app.

If I'm not mistaken for Digi is 5 prepaid numbers and 3 (or 2) postpaid numbers under one IC, not exactly just 5 numbers.
