So happy that I can get 5G on my old Xpax number. Subscribed to 4-day 3TB Gemilang package, RM 8. Put it in my 5G router and it's just lovely for this long weekend usage since I'm going back to my hometown which does not have broadband in that house.

QUOTE(dawho @ Sep 24 2025, 04:26 PM) guys wanna ask...if my celcom prepaid number got terminated...can i request celcom that number back? i forgot to extend validity of that number...and ive been using that number for 18 years now...reallay forgot to extend If it is just happening, quickly contact CS for help. Otherwise, unlikely will be possible. In July, I forgot mine too and CS asked me to buy a physical reload RM 30 and then call them and give them the code and serial number, they will help to reload and my number is revived again. QUOTE(dawho @ Sep 24 2025, 05:00 PM) ok can confirm...i already called them...they ask to buy RM30 topap and call them back to give them the pin.....they said need to do before 29/9....if not then the number will forefver be lost in my history....thanks fruitie for the info Glad that your number is still safe. Quickly go and buy and get them to do it for you asap for the peace of mind. When they told me that time, I quickly called my sister who was out there that time to go to 7-11 to buy me a top up. I cannot extend validity using iPad Celcom Life app. Sigh. Wanted to use CelcomDigi app and it seems eKYC already approved because I cannot see the option to ask me to verify KYC but none of my other CelcomDigi numbers are linked in the app, only my postpaid Digi is linked. Is this normal?

QUOTE(iXora.ix @ Oct 7 2025, 03:05 PM) just need one app to view all your CD or C or D account. no need both app installed. but their app sometimes cacat. lagging I just completed my eKYC on Sunday midnight and cannot see other numbers except for my main number. Today logged in and can see all numbers being listed. Pretty nice. Will try to extend the validity here next time because Celcom Life app doesn't work so well on the iPad if want to extend one day validity. |

QUOTE(iXora.ix @ Oct 7 2025, 04:51 PM) cool right, i wish their do this prior the merge of the CD. its better having than 2 separate apps This merger is never easy and it is finally happening. Using one app is making our lives so much easier. |

QUOTE(alpha @ Oct 7 2025, 08:09 PM) Finally found the 1day validity, for all these years more than 10years, dont know celcom got rm1 1day validity extension, my goodness. Apart from the app, can use USSD code to extend too.QUOTE(alpha @ Oct 7 2025, 08:27 PM) Apart from celcom, digi, hotlink prepaid got rm1 1day validity extension, any other prepaid telco got rm1 1day validity extension? Yes, umobile, tunetalk, onexox, unifi mobile, redone, ??? I'm not sure as I only have Celcom, Digi and Hotlink. My XOX is with long validity, so this is not needed. alpha liked this post

QUOTE(brandonkl @ Oct 7 2025, 10:01 PM) CD Prepaid NX25 has this new 100GB, 4G/5G for 30 days for RM12. I don’t have this. I only have the app exclusive - one day RM 1 for 100GB. Is yours unlimited speed or capped speed? This CD Prepaid is my secondary line. So, now instead of paying the cheapest RM25 for 40GB and unlimited calls, now I switched to this data only plan which is good enough as my secondary line is back up for data only. I save RM13 every month This post has been edited by fruitie: Oct 7 2025, 10:21 PM |

QUOTE(dgboy @ Oct 7 2025, 10:41 PM) What seems to be the same option is in my BoS and mentions 3GB hotspot. This may be a one-time or short-term offer. I see. 3GB hotspot is too little for me to put in a modem. QUOTE(brandonkl @ Oct 7 2025, 10:42 PM) Mine is the NX25 Plan, which is the Kuning Plan. The capped or unlimited speed depends on which Add On you subscribe to. Is yours NX25 or UV25? |

QUOTE(Epic_winner091 @ Oct 8 2025, 08:57 AM) Don't have a Biru SIM to test but Celcom's ASN is on the way out. Celcom postpaid but I think it’s still showing Digi Telecommunications. https://bgp.he.net/AS10030 Can someone with a Biru sim check whether the HE BGP page now says Digi or Celcom still. QUOTE(RDoe @ Oct 8 2025, 09:30 AM) How many numbers can the new CelcomDigi app manage? I read 5 somewhere (Google results), and I hope not... I have 5 Digi numbers and one Celcom Xpax shown and linked on the app.Since we can have a maximum of 5 numbers each from Celcom and Digi separately... before, at least. lolabunny123, Epic_winner091, and 1 other liked this post

QUOTE(RDoe @ Oct 8 2025, 10:35 AM) If I'm not mistaken for Digi is 5 prepaid numbers and 3 (or 2) postpaid numbers under one IC, not exactly just 5 numbers. RDoe liked this post
