Just noticed in old apps show rm1 free credit but in new apps show 'no freebies yet'
Anyone facing same isu?

Went to celcomdigi centre and ask to replace my celcomdigi prepaid eSIM (kuning plan).

1) ask if it is free, answer is yes
2) give physical ic and she found out that I am prepaid user and she said esim is only for postpaid customers? Wtf!?
3) and when I show her the Celcomdigi faq it shows that esim replacements is applicable to all postpaid and prepaid plans
She talked some nonsense and asked me to talk no to go to counter and select (postpaid) as enquiry.

no. lazy to talk to all these nonesence ppl. even i go to the counter, they may tell me all these stoopig.
i might as well raise a mcmc complaint in return.

i already had eSIM on my iphone.

however, ever since upgraded my iOS to 26, it auto turned off my celcomdigi kuning esim whenever i entered lion city. and there is no setting etc. to turn this stoopig feature off. it only said the travel eSIM (which refers to my celcomdigi esim) is turned off becos roaming to other country.

so i tot of delete the existing esim and add it back again and see if it fixed this.

digi store Cheras Selatan bodo is all I can say.

Same thing happened to me in 2024.

Next day went dealer in PJ State (Digi Express not Digi store) and changed back to esim for free.

yes, obviously this is store specific, they just try to cheat ppl into signing up the postpaid plans which is not a complusory thing to get the eSIM. i seriously do not understand why they can be so inhonest. This is terrible.
with the easy accessibility of info nowadays, i dun understand why they can still brave to cheat even at their official store.

it is clearly stated on their website faq that - all prepaid plans can do esim replacement.
