Normal. Digi had issues in Bukit Bintang and KLCC area periodically for more than one year. You can check in MyDiGi app under Support > Check Network Status (be sure to fill your location in the DiGi section, as there is a separate map for Celcom).

I'm using DiGi Edisi Kuning.. from what I know DiGi don't have any stop auto-renewal option.. I always had to unsubscribe at the last minute which is quite mafan.

Not auto-renew.

However, compared to last time, the offer seems to linger in BoS. Then you can buy every day if you want.

Yes, I got locked out of MyDiGi app due to multiple late sms. Signing in to the web portal worked normally though.

afaik, celcomdigi app is in testing and accessible by invitation only at the moment

you can safely stay with mydigi app for now

It's best to check the sms when your line is first barred. That sms actually states the line termination date, though without saying so directly:

RM0 Celcomdigi: Incoming calls available until DD/MM/YYYY.

There should also be sms alerts starting one week before termination, though not advisable to rely on them.

I can only answer for DiGi: buy 1 day validity actually gives validity for the day of purchase plus the whole of the next day.
