I just noticed that in the app when you send money to your favourite, the approve or reject dialog no longer show the actual recipient name but just show the favourite name. Say your favourite name is called Pikachu and the recipient is called James bond it will show Pikachu. Notified the CS and they are looking into it. At least 1 month ago it wasn't like this. Likely due to an update. Did you guys notice this?

how does gx pocket work , 2+ 3.18% for a 3 month tenure?
Example if put in 1k for a 3 month tenure ;
1. Getting 2% (Rm5) + 3.18% (Rm13.25)
OR
2. 5.18% (rm 12.95) ?

Did you get this? I didn't ask GXBank for anything, and suddenly get this. I inquired Customer Service, and their response was vague, and admited it was from them. But why suddenly they asking for this kind of information, as well, most scary part, the email don't even have my name.

likely their usual due diligence check - maybe you have some transfers in and/or out that were suspicious to them and it was flagged by their system so they ask for the info. As long as you called/chatted with them on the gxbank app and verified its really from them, I suppose just comply if you want to continue banking with Gxbank?

don't needed to worry if you got nothing to hide & all your money earned in legal way
