Yes. Changed mine last year. Provided that your modem is broken. Lifetime warranty. If yours is not broken and you still want to change to new one, your contract may needed to renew for 2 years.

Yes, in 2017 modem adapter spoil. Used own adapter for a few months then only report to TM. Modem changed to new one. FOC.

when you see so many sign up, 300mbps/500mbps plan at RM119. You'll know TM will have to allocate a lot of priority at them.

A lot of user when fresh just getting 500mbps, they will use kao kao... after a few months they'll get bored, back to normal usage again.

There is noway TM will just increase 3 months bandwidth temporary to accommodate this. They are expecting everyone get bored of it, then line become lighter usage again. Thats the time to upgrade remaining user to let them syok.

Yea thumbprint proceed already on that day.
Everything submit up and she says waiting approval cause mine still under contract (1 year left)

There is no order created under my App or weblogin.

Guys, I live chat last Friday to get my SWU3.0 but until now nothing. Didnt see any order in my app or website. Should I live chat again or go to TMPOINT?

Just an update on my SWU3 switch.

1. Technician came today and gave us FibreHome routers, Unfortunately (Damn Seremban).

2. I'm not sure if its congestion or server issue, but I'm getting very wobbly speed test results ... 320 .. 430 .. 190 .. 220 .. 390

3. Technician stated I need to wait at least until evening to ensure I get the smooth transition.

4. Technician himself admitted that TPLink router is way superior ... Second Dlink .. So he said I can continue using my AX20 if the Fibrehome routers are unsatisfactory.

5. Need to monitor why wobbly speed.

I think is waste time to request Tm technician come to home for inspection , he said your router is dlink 850l is outdated need change new without testing , request 24 month and rm50++ service tax and I bye bye worth them . Open an Mcmc pages now .

Exactly the same prob. Especially if u use fast to test and not speedtest.

The technician insisted to use TM's speedtest. Yet similar result. He then said wait till evening or night for the full speed upgrade. Tonight I'll definitely swap back to my TP Link. Waiting for the order completion status.
