To deal with TM, it's expected that there will be some delay. Been there, done that. But this time there's one thing that make me feel uneasy, which is, those who also applied at the same branch, already installed their service successfully. Why my application cannot get the same result. That's the only thing that I cannot tahan. Oh well, no matter how much I complain, I still can only wait and see. If not because of the 6 months waive and perpetual upgrade, I would have save my time and wait for fahmi announcement instead. Lol.

300mbps - 159 free upgrade to 500 mbps first year

500mbps - 189 free upgrade to 800 mbps first year

800mbps - 259

1gbps - 269

First 6 months bill waived. I took 500mbps but need go back tmr cause for whatever reason I have outstanding fees on my account.

Technician came as scheduled today,everything done. Bring 2 ax3000(despite the kakak counter only say replace existing router only), nth mentioned auto help upgrade speed to 500mbps. Gave them come as a token of appreciation 😉

Meanwhile over on TIME's side we all still want the telecomadmin password that remains unleaked.

Got sms said upgrade  to 500 , tested around 150 mbps using the black round router . Report to Tm will assign technician to check , will be charge ?

Update on friend's installation today.
He got 2 unit Fiberhome SR1041F mesh router, use 1 to replace old dlink tm router, another one keep as spare since he still using Deco M4 as wireless AP.
Speedtest around 490-500mbps.
Didn't replace ONU since still relatively new (<1year)

The black tin router is long overdue for replacement, also known to have many issues.
Need to check with the tm installer tomorrow and try to insist to get new router.
