MAXIS follows strictly price of unifi packages especially the lower priced packages . check the latest promotion of MAXIS home fiber . you know the price of unifi's packages in OCTOBER .

expect barebone packages of uniifi as follows.
100 mbps RM89.
300mbps rm99.

Question:
1. The technician installed fiberhome SR1041F AX3000 router for me with a mesh router, i tried speed test on both mobile and pc, both hit around 350Mbps only. Do you guys get 500Mbps after they upgrade the package? My SWU3.0 same as others include foc 500Mbps upgrade for a year.

2. Some of my older phones cannot connect to this fiberhome wifi. I have this redmi note 5 that i use to watch youtube on wifi, both cannot connect. Tried restarting both phones and router, still not able to connect. Is there any settings inside the router that i need to set?

AIS FIBER of Thailand can provide 500mbps at RM 65/ month . TM is either making too much profit or inefficient .

as expected , TM asks for more tongkat . this is the reason for delay . I prefer Gobind's way of handling MSAP . fast and efficient.

free speed upgrades are as follows in October .
30mbps (RM89 ) to 100mbps
100mbps (RM99 SWU 3.0) to 300mbps

those eligible for future SWU can get 300mpbs for RM99.

300mbps and 800mbps .you can probably only get from SWU in future.

broadband price reductions ? no way .expect broadband speed reductions.

my household uses more than 10 times shown the unifi statistics .

you need to click/tap on the Status icon on the left side . it will show both wifi and ethernet usage from the last 30 days.

because you are using 500mbps and you click upgrade . this is the proper way of showing the result.

NO more 800mbps.

Unifi Free Speed Upgrade 2023

Here’s what the free speed upgrade looks like depending on your current plan.

30Mbps -> 100Mbps
100Mbps -> 300Mbps
500Mbps -> 800Mbps
800Mbps -> 1Gbps

However, this speed upgrade is not applicable to customers who are currently on the highest 2Gbps (1Gbps + 1Gbps) plan. TM has also confirmed that customers on the RM69/month 30Mbps Rahmah plan are not getting an upgrade for now.

All existing customers (except for 2Gbps and Rahmah) will be able to get the free speed upgrade regardless of whether they are in a contract or not. The upgrade will be rolled out in phases and TM aims to complete the speed upgrade exercise in 3 months.
