Saw quite an inventory available for SR.

Just tinted it with 50% VLT the same JPJ compliant film that i put on the windshield.
Something from Llumar, can't even remember.

Don't drive in the afternoons much. Morning, evening and night. I enjoy being able to see through the glass a little.

I would say use it first then tint/cover it as you see fit.

Everyones different in terms of what they need/like.

I'm using XPEL XR Plus VLT30 on all windows except for windscreen is VLT50 (cause takut abang JPJ...) I think just nice la. Not too dark not too bright.

How's the AP with stop and go traffic?

Highway traffic good.
Urban traffic no good.

Couple of reasons:
1. The car sticks to the middle of the lane, so in urban traffic with motorbikes weaving by, its just not a comfortable situation.
2. The tightest 2 car gap still allows a million people to take advantage of the space and cut in.

But for long journeys on highways, its amazing.

Join the fb/whatsapp groups too, you get a lot more input there.

Plus you dont want to go too dark, or buy stuff you dont really wanna use.

Chatted with a couple of owners that regret tinting it too dark.

On the flipside, have chatted with more that want the glass completely blocked.

Bad, not comfortable for us sitting inside the car 😂 jerky LOL. And depending on how the front car behaves too.

I thought Tesla AP is much better than other brands ADAS?

My current car ADAS is "copy & paste" the front car behavior, which is not comfortable if the driver in front don't know how to drive nicely 😆

Definitely drives worse than I do... 1 month ago kena stuck in start stop traffic at PLUS... used this, wife complained why I drive like this ha ha ha... and I think the front was pretty ok.

Curious though, i caught that behaviour on standard mode, but switching over to chill is super smooth.

But because its smooth the gap between cars is too much la.

Its never win-win with AP

I switched to Chill because people was talking about it being smoother... but same same

If I trade in my car with Tesla, they will settle the car loan for my old car for me right? The used car price is higher than my loan balance.

Normally for all my previous purchase via trade in program, that’s how it works. With Tesla and all this DIY stuff, can never be too sure.

If you decide to trade in with Tesla, they will help offset the amount you owe to the bank, and deposit the remaining to your personal account.

ok, that's my understanding as well. Was earlier abit concern if I may need to settle the loan myself first.
