Any recommendations on installers for the wall connector? I have been told that my car will be ready for delivery end of November. Your info is much appreciated.

You can search for available certified Tesla wall connector installers via the link below.

https://www.tesla.com/en_my/support/certified-installers

You can't go wrong with any of them, however i would advise using any third party installers as they might not be familiar with Tesla's settings as well as not having 1-year warranty that comes with those that are certified installers. Ultimately, the decision is your call.

Going to get my car soon. For Penang area, any recommended tint shop that is experienced in tinting Tesla?

I am thinking to go for Tesla 3m package but it's expensive for the offered package.

It is complimentary until you click "delivered" on the Tesla App. That feature will be clicked automatically after 24 hours after delivery.

i think mine is around 80% but you can freely use their TDC there to charge to full if you want. Not sure if you need pay for the supercharger at the collection area though.

As long you have not completed the delivery on the app, it is FOC.

I got my car with 90+% SoC. But on my collection day the whole SuperCharger section got closed off due to too many cars pending delivery parked there, so no luck to use it for me. I used Destination Charger though, just simply for the sake of learning how to charge it.

Please, by all means charge your EV up to 100% before you leave the Cyberjaya compound.

For the new EV plate anyone knows if we are to order and do the installation with Tesla? Or outside? I already register in the JPJ website

Tesla only does it for newly registered vehicles. For exisiting owners, once JPJ opens up the applications, you have to apply from JPJ and wait.
Application starts on 9th Nov (as per JPJ's timeline).

Guys, can you activate the Autopilot (beta)? In the menu, I have set it to double click and single click is TACC. I can't activate TACC or Autopilot with single or double click on the right button. If I press down and hold, it set the max speed auto cruise. I'm driving on normal road, not highway. 2024 Model 3 Performance here.

I go for Vkool at TintShop. Reason is I prefer metallic tint as ceramic tint will soak up the heat and release into the cabin if park too long under hot sun. Metallic tint will reflect the heat. Only con is Smart Tag or any IR tag will not work inside the car. Need to wind the windows and point outside. I try the rooftop (not tinted) also doesn't work.

Quicksilver looks nice and premium feel. If you like blackout then go for solid black with black rims. Both are nice colour

Can I check if this applies to all Tesla super charger or just the ones from the venue you collect the car?
