Hi guys, am looking to purchase my first EV. Now im considering either the Model 3 LR or SR. Initially im looking at the LR but after much research i read that you shouldnt charge the LR to 100% full on daily basis. So the range for the SR & LR is roughly the same.
I dont drive fast. I dont drive far. My car is mostly from my house to my workplace and back home. The furthest i drive will be back to my wife hometown which is only 150km away.
Now my question is the difference in speaker/sound system and performance really that great?
IMHO you already answered your own question. For your requirement SR will be more than sufficient. You mentioned you don't drive fast, so why need to consider the performance difference. But anyhow, the SR is no slouch, for me it is more than enough to overtake any cars in the highway even with the whole family on board LOL
Haha yea i kind of know the answer to my question just want to know some opinion from other owners and see what they think before i pull the trigger. Since the difference in pricing between the 2 is not much. But however every dollar save is every dollar earn
Only differences other than the dual motor is, the suede finish on the door (doesn’t matter if you going for white interior) and the speakers which I really enjoyed.
Based on your explanation… SR is a better choice 🤣 no need spend the extra $ solely for the #DuaMotor

But I think nowadays the test drive is locked to "chill" mode... maybe won't kena poisoned by the Dual Motor since can't test the "standard" mode. Back in Nov'23 when I test drive, it was just speed limited to 130 km/h, still can access "standard" mode. 2 months back I tried the MYLR... locked to "chill" mode. Sigh... this car feels so unresponsive
haha but then again i think the SR is already very fast for me. Old man, scared to drive too fast

Hey there, just to clarify that the 0% interest is only for the Model 3 RWD only. The low interest of 0.78% (RWD), 0.98% (Long Range) and 1.18% (Performance) is applicable for all Model 3 trims. Let me know if you need any clarifications on the current promos.
It reads Customer can own a Model 3 Rear Wheel Drive at a monthly payment as low as RM 2,430 per month (Approx. RM 81 per day) at a 0% interest rate by settling at least 20% deposit and joining 60-month payment term.

Btw, the Tesla DA has advised me that it is perfectly normal that my Tesla App still shows that Finance Credit Decision Pending, even though I have got an email from Tesla that my Model 3 financing is approved. I'd just like to check with you to see whether you have the same thoughts. Thank you.
I have a little concern that I won't be able to get my VIN since the Tesla App still shows that Finance Credit Decision Pending.
Mine shown "complete" only after i send them the ehak milik.
Hi All, placed my order for M3P last week, but I'm worrying if Tesla unable to deliver the car by 30th Sep as MBB told me if so the promo 1.18% rate will be cancelled and I need resign with normal rate.
I'm just not sure whether Tesla 100% sure can deliver car by 30th Sep (what if cant?)
Best to check with your DA. I would say you might be able to meet the dateline. Worst case scenario you just need to go back to the normal rate (2.4% last i check with PBB)

Not yet, i think you need to complete all the task only it will show in the apps. I still havent purchase the insurance(making the transaction today) and do the interchange of number plate (this need the car to be in Malaysia then only i can get the K1 B2 form to do the interchange at JPJ)
