Crossplane engine is interesting...

By the way, got my friend saying that he doesn't like Inline 4 coz it lacks character.... He said u almost can't differentiate inline 4 engines...
Me on the other hand like inline 4 very much....

Is this true ? Twin better ? hmm.gif

Rode my friend's ZX6, K7, K8 and R1 before, all inline 4 engine. I like the smoothness of the engine, less vibration than twins. never really push them hard since it's not my bike. pinjam for jalan2 only laugh.gif
for me I like inline 4 for it's smoothness and most importantly, the sound..very sexy wor..
IF let say I do upgrade to inline 4 i'll still purchase a twin, because i just love the torque on it. or maybe because i'm used to it since Blade is a twin. That's why I bought Blade back and not Ninja or CBR250
i love twin sounds too, but i favour inline 4 better tongue.gif

Personally, i still prefer a inline4 over v-twin due to my riding style and application. Please dont get me wrong and it is not to offend v-twiner fans. Comparable with my Z1, i rode a 990SMR. Love the adrenaline rush when I punch the gas. Lighter chassis coupled with nimble handling makes it a very hooligan bike to ride.

At the moment, traditional inline4 bikes suits me well. Hence, my next bike would also be a Jap inline4. Comparing the 3 I have listed, Suzy seems to be a better choice.

hmm.... I oso favour inline 4..... But frankly saying Thumper & Twin got more torque at lower rpm, which make us feel it is much better to ride in jams or uphill....

+1 True... Available for RM 104k...

The new ZX10 currently got 200hp.... S1000RR got 195hp but faster.... U should get this if u'r a speed junkie....

But as speed goes for every new 1000cc sbk, funs end at 299..... So in theory it's just the same.... Summore with our Autobahn u'll most unlikely be doing such speeds..... lol..... laugh.gif

But i read somewhere that the beemer have reliability issue...but not sure true or not.

my fren's grp who frequently travel to thailand made a remark " frm 6 bmw..2 will back to malaysia on lorry"

My safety gear are basicly gloves, and RS taichi stealth knee and elbow guard, and RS taichi BOA riding shoes... But, best to wear full padding jacket etc, because most of the accidents happens is when we do daily ride, n rarely those convoy etc... But, im so leceh n malas, so just wear those, n even with only t-shirt and jeans... So, if other rider see me, they will say im like no safety gear, but infact i have those, just not visible... Hehehe

Mine in dire need of akrapovic slip on, otherwise sounded like mesin jahit only... Hehehe, ur R1, even witout the slip on also sounded so yummy already, n now with akrapovic, surely the noise sounded even deeper n now even imagining ur bike sound, im drooling over ur bike already... Hehehe

Added on December 29, 2011, 10:39 amAiyak, if use as knee slider, sure my jeans lubang already.. Hehehe, n this is the soft padding, not the hard padding Bro
