QUOTE(T600 @ Dec 29 2011, 10:49 AM)
haha glad you like it, a lot of people don't like the sound of the uneven firing order inline-4 R1, it sounds a bit like a v-twin, I still need to get use to the noise, it is too loud without silencer, my ear rings rclxub.gif, chest pain, need to wear leather...

if stock pipe on R1 sound more like mesin jahit shakehead.gif, because of the constant yamaha ticking/tapping lol...

ninja 250r sounds good with after market exhaust, er6 has a deeper sound, if stock exhaust too silent... nobody could live with stock exhaust...

btw how much your akra?

try it out what, see whether it hurt your knee haha....
*
Heheh, yesh, R1 really sounded diff than the other 4inline... I appreciate the sound, but personally, when i have the money, i will still go for ordinary 4 inline sound.. Hehehe, i prefer f1 sound or that wasp sound... Hehehe, but that is just me..

Before changing to this slip on, numerous times i was about to get hit / squash by cars.. U know lar, those so pandai type of driver, indicator stalk just for show only type of peeps... Now on akra, atleast other driver notice me coming next to them, so better safety wise also i think...?? shocking.gif

I got mine from DC online store.. So got it way cheaper... If bought from bike shop, was quoted 2.5k-2.8k... Just for slip on..?? Cumon, my bike cheap2 only, if use slip on almost 3k, is soo damn weird... laugh.gif

I think it should be US38/EU48. Anyway, it would not fit T600. I am guessing he would need EU42 or 44.

T600, go alpinestars and dainese to try their sizes and fit. That would give you a better insight on your leather wear.

I notice that size EU48 for RS taichi is totally different from Alpinestars and Dainese. Best is not to trust measurements as it is very hard to gauge. It is a one off investment, so better decide and buy them as accurate as possible.
