May I know where u want to move it ? Bcoz I don't want to put all my savings in this rize alone.

Mine seems correct, single transaction at 11:59:59. But I only opened my account in middle of January. So it seems the mistake is only for existing account?

we should received one on 31-Jan-2024
and another manual transfer on 01-Feb-2024

As per my calculation, it's perfect match for 4% Interest !!! I only have "deposits in Jan"

kdi 4% up to 50k 3.5% any after, versa 4% up to 30k. gx 3%

prefer kdi as higher rate and daily compound too.. withdrawal also fast 1 day

KDI is trouble free, except transfers in and out are not instantaneous.

The 4% offered is the compounded rate. The simple rate will be lower than 4%.

I got one interest credit on 31 Jan. Hard to verify if it is accurate or not, as the account was fairly active in January.

Need to see the monthly statement first.

if only got the 31st jan credited and not 1st feb credited then confirm not accurate as CS already said everyone also affected by the short crediting.

if you get the other one credited today, then should be correct interest amount dy for your month of Jan.

then up to you want to verify its exact or not. For me I would still verify la, I always do manual verification on 1st of the month, regardless got problem or not

If not happy, move the funds out, and request account closure. This is the better action to show them "who's the boss"

But yea, still have to wait for statement to check properly. Which dunno when will be available

takes like 1 week for statement to be available iirc.
so i just manually calculate on my own only. screenshot all transactions from previous month, then tally up each end of day's balance. if you have an excel spread ready it would be very simple and doesn't take much time to calculate it. Certainly much faster than waiting for the statement to be available


i also make a lot of transactions every month, using it like a normal banking acc.
