its just rize being rize. to be safe i just transfer 4999 multiple time

u dont simply believe what people say. been using gxbank since day1 and frequent use in and out. no fees at all. best is get cashback and daily interest without fail. user experience is great. it is easy to check. just go to facebook and see people reaction between rize and gxbank. read comment feom public opinion, then judge from there

those 250k accounts haven't get the 2nd profit.

those less than 250k accounts gotten already.

Rize is like common people, likes to do the easier work first.

Not me, yet. Below 250k, only receive like 60% only compared to Dec interest. Both 31 days. No other transactions in between.

Both my wife's and my Rize finally did give the interest. A rough calculation showed that the amount of interest paid is equivalent to 4% P.a.

Did anyone here come across someone from Al-Radjhi bank call to offer Affluent Banking? If so, did you take up the offer and what are the benefits?

Yes they called me to be an Affluent customer as they would like people to experience their priority banking. The requirements is currently lowered to RM150k.

So did you take up the offer? How is their priority banking service?

I've been to the Kota Damansara branch twice. I'll have to say that there are hardly customers compared to other banks that you would get instant service even without priority banking lol.

Of course there are other perks being Affluent like there's parking bays for you outside the bank & a RM. Also you can lock in 4% interest for your savings account with a minimum balance of RM150k till end of March (same as Rize promo).

Hi. Just want to share that for me I got the correct profit rate on 31/1 so 1 transaction only from Rize. Based on manual calculation. I guess not all users affected then.

Its very unreliable for a license bank to have such terrible system
