Their developers are locally outsourced well known company 🤦‍♀️ who are not very tech savvy for banking operations so don’t blame poorly paid programmers from India 🤦‍♀️

I see so much chaos here. I went in and transfer all my money out. Very smooth process ah. Maybe those stuck actually try withdraw all and didn’t take account of leaving rm10 inside? I also did in multiple small transactions to avoid rm0.50 charges too.

Logged in, interest for Nov 2023 is accurate and DuitNow to other banks seem fine now

It won’t happen 🤦‍♀️ because it is coded that the minimum of the account has to have rm10 🤦‍♀️

1st ques:
today open my app, and it show this error.
obviously i am not rooting device, using same condition original device with Rize since May'23 till now.
Today showing me this, and i am unable to perform any transaction.....
could not log in at all...
anyone experience this? how to solve?

2nd ques:
how to withdraw all money and close account? any charges? feel too unsafe with the Rize app, PIDM also no help to gain any confident. versa n kdi would be better liaoooooo

so far for me android user still cannot login... i am one of the affected ones that money out from rize but didnt receive sien...first time i kena smth like this, now anxiety liao lol

someone reply uninstall and reinstall the rize app give access to it but it treated your device as new device and need coolling off period.

gxbank account opening was felt "smooth" because they limit the incoming registration requests ....

their gx card in pilot phase ... once it open, it will open to all at once (BNM doesnt allow phased-opening for the gx card)... expect same backlog for delivery, just like tngd visa card last time.... few weeks later, it will tapered gradually to manageable volume

needed to call them to close the account...

but problem is their center is overloaded with calls... keep cutting us off like that after waiting....

Did anyone managed to reach out their customer service? Any idea how they going to settle those impacted transactions? I transferred few K out from this dumb bank and the amount deducted but never receiptent acc never received the fund yet.
