The money that deducted in rize still not yet reflected in receiving bank, anyone managed to solve this issue?

Today?? They have been having problem for months. First wrong calculation, then no interest, them missing duit now then log in problem. I don't know what is next, anyone's guess

This morning 8am+ no interest. Now interest is in. Check date of transaction. It's yesterday. Huh? I guess they were having extended "maintenance" to fix unexpected issue.

I actually manage to speak to one of their customer support at 9am-ish. The person say will escalate my case and all but until now still no hear back

I transferred 2k from another bank to rize but was not successful. Money not deducted from original bank, but check rize this morning this amount reflected in apps.

in the cloud like my case last month
so before i transfer in to Rize i just do a RM1 transfer then check if get the money or not
then only i transfer bigger amount regardless is in our out better do that especially 1st day of the month for rize

The only issue I have today is slight delay of the interest update. Other than that both Android and Iphone can login to their respective account

This is a good idea. Duit now RM1 first if everything ok then only duit now bigger amount. If money missing they may take days to recover .

android issue ..my iOS can login ok

I noticed the app itself will be slow logging in via wifi vs cellular. I suspect their connection code is not written to handle the connection properly.
