Seems like the ID capture embedded in the app it is not working properly 🤦‍♀️

I know a few ppl whose having this problems but on IOS

Yes it is the app problem with id recognition capture embedded with it failed 🤦‍♀️

It should be secured enough on the app but with the potential for them to cross sell your personal details don’t count it for it to be useful enough as a few have reported to received 3rd party marketing call after registering

Not me having the issue but I know a few ppl with their iPhone having the issue

It seems like capture software problem end not fully integrated well with the app

Read the TnC it stated there monthly 🤦‍♀️

Possible the app doesn’t have dynamic fonts sizing embedded with it 🤦‍♀️

Even KDIs is having the same problems with fixed font sizing being programmed in the app

1stly they are a digital bank hence it is branchless and all support is through app itself 🤦‍♀️

Even their KYC is through app as they won’t ask you to go any branch there isn’t any at all because they are a digital bank 🤦‍♀️

If you want shorter bank account number not possible these days

Standard bank account has at least 10 digits now to denote the branch number and account number itself

With digital and neo bank is on the rise expect it to be 15 digits soon with currently 12 digits are common already thanks to DuitNow

Any existing banks who offered internet banking by default it is digital bank but with a difference in offering only

RHB is in there because due to lack customer marketing awareness particularly in their conventional banking

Hence which is why it is forced to partner with Boost to raise their profile on digital banking otherwise it will be a flop when they applying the license by Boost themselves 🤦‍♀️
