No worry, my one also both grey out and never received email from Rize once my account approved. Can just deposit duit and enjoy 5%

Started using since start of campaign, not bad so far. Security is decent, received a call within 3 minutes when I did some suspicious pattern transfers. The only thing to keep in mind I guess is DuitNow incurs a fee at RM5000+, so transfer your money in RM5000 batches.

I'd guess it's the bank spending money to acquire customer, and the rates aren't crazy enough that it seems suspicious personally.

As far as data go, I doubt they have anything that most banks don't already have via e-KYC, and I haven't received any scam call after registering with them. The backing bank is PDPA compliant, maybe you can request to limit access after campaign period if needed?

so far for me android user still cannot login... i am one of the affected ones that money out from rize but didnt receive sien...first time i kena smth like this, now anxiety liao lol

first report to bank cust resolution team.
wait 14 days.
final few days, shoot them another email stating give them how many days notice to reply or resolve, else we will escalate to BNM,

if they still unable/unwilling to resolve, email to BNM.

stating proof that already report to bank cust resolution team from whcih date etc etc.
and they are unable or unwilling to resolve after 14 days.
BNM will only take the case after we report to individual bank cust resolution team and they unable to resolvw after 14 days
