Did PIDM ever took over a bank-run bank before?

I think their android app is having problem. I deleted rize and then download using app gallery. The app is ok already. However they are treating my acct as a new device with 12 hour Colling off period. Now I can log in already

PIDM was set up in 2005. The last bank run in Malaysia was in 1999. The bank involved was MBf Finance (today rebranded as AmFinance).
