Actually, it needs cut-off drains on the upper side and lower side of the ramp. Just now I was looking on the smaller screen, didn't notice it didn't have those or even scupper drains on the sides.

So yes, many things are missing, plus the ramp chevrons on the wrong orientation.

these so called affordable houses reaching 300k++ in prices is crazy.
you can get better value in buying existing condo, with better facilities and less density.


give you example.
why buy subang west The Greens or V Residensi at 600k to 700k when you can buy existing condo (albeit slightly older) of puri aiyu or indah alam at 300k to 400k? which basically the same location.

From what i see, from driving in mall experience. Usually the ramp has this kind off cut off drain. Seem like this also missed out from construction. Not sure required or not

I suspect that carpark has open area and causing water retention at top floor, they could do drainage and piping to channel the water out but the developer didn't do so.

In case u all don't know, the developer is Sime Darby and it is Rumah Selangorku project

Small drain like that will not be sufficient for heavy down pour

Anyway back to issue of whether they pay maintenance or not

My cousin bought Rumah Selangorku at Bandar Bukit Raja. around border of Setia Alam.

So far okay no problem and no complain. and he bought less than RM300k.

Which cap ayam developer is this??
