Ini kenyataan yang perlu dihadapi pembeli rumah di Pangsapuri Harmoni 1, Putra Heights yang menyifatkan kegembiraan untuk memiliki rumah kini bertukar menjadi nasib ‘malang.
Harga rumah hampir mencecah RM300,000 tetapi retaknya merata, parkir umpama kolam ikan, berlumut dan berkeladak.

and how does that changes the outcome? water still gonna flow DOWN to accumulate at the low end either way.

there should have been a bump or drain to stop water flowing from the road down the ramp into parking floor. cant see if its there

Serasi is mixed rumah selangorku with open market

So Im sure they will make sure its better

sebahagian besar penduduk di pangsapuri ini, timbul juga persoalan bagaimana projek ini diberikan Sijil Perakuan Kelayakan (CF).

Penduduk dalam masa sama mendakwa pihak pemaju seakan mengambil kesempatan terhadap pembeli untuk mengaut keuntungan walaupun menyedari ia merupakan projek perumahan ‘Rumah Selangorku’.
