BTW, the flat is just completed last year, still within warranty. developer is listed company, surely will honor warranty

anyway the problem with water retention in parking area is common with many highrise, the different is whether management do the job or not.

so, maintenance fee bayar tak?

but then most the problem is with JMB. and also, ayam don't think there is any laws requiring developer to install specific number of CCTV security camera

Do the developers marketed their props they would come together with defects and all? Even if its in the superfine prints?

Besides, if I pay for peanut, even if discounted cheap shit, i would atleast expect small, unsalted, raw peanut that i could atleast cook myself later or grow into another peanut tree.
Ive paid for a product, i dont expect rotten defective product.

anyway if defaulter is at 10%, it is already very bad, normal highrise should have defaulter within 5%

if anyone think 20 cent psf is high, then ayam don't know what to say. unless you folks can let go of 24hr security and cleaner service, plus managing the JMB without the help of management company. then i reckon you can get the fee down to 10cent psf

you think common area lighting don't need pay? lift maintenance don't need pay? your swimming pool don't need maintenance and water change? lol
