Yeah when i was in the lift , got list of unit no who have arrears in maintenance fee.Highest is rm3k and i think maybe Like 30-50 units got hutang to management and its a new project think .
so if its a low income housing project and people who bought it met the requirements of being in a low income household, how are they supposed to pay the maintenance fee if things keep breaking throughout the year? thats something that I dont get. its actually kinda expensive to buy and live in a condo due to the maintenance fee, no? if I am poor and I bought this condo and every 3-6 months something breaks like the lift and have to pool extra money on top of maintenance fee I'd be pissed and even poorer since im poor and cant afford it in the end these kind of condo can only use stairs and those that bought 3rd floor and above gonna cry I guess
Parking ponding nothing new, espeically when Malaysia and foreigner who visit Malaysia have a behaviour of throwing rubbish right when they exit their car, a simple stuck in the parking drainage can already cause ponding

so, if we pay the maintenance fee due diligence, can expect much none of these issue will rise, right?
my brother lives in a condo at Gombak, one the lifts already malfunction. when I ask him do the maintenance know, he said yes, but the maintenance team asked back if residents want to money-pool for a new lift, then comes the silence
Sinking fund money should be used gor thst scenario
That ramp grove is wrong. The chevron patterns must point up on both sides. This to flow water from middle of the ramp down to the side.
If you look on the left ramp, the chevron pattern points down. This causes water to accumulate in the middle of the ramp, and create a cascading waterfall.
