Either you do a cut off drain with grating top or bottom scupper/sump to dewater

easily fixed by the jmb if they were diligent and have the funds. only problem if the people are not paying, especially those that purposely choose not to pay for years.

and sometimes you have even bigger headaches for the jmb like from high TNB bills (additional 10 to 30k per month) because someone is doing secret bitcoin farming, using common area plugpoint for their ev vehicle, using bomba hose to wash their vehicles or walkway thus utilizing high powered electrical bomba pump etc.

anyway, always look at the percentage of defaulter list when considering subsales.

they didnt mentioned that those sold out are open market units or SAM units

Their name sells

They are not perfect but if u compare with what u see ppl complaining of other developers here in /k u feel syukur adi u go with big names like SD
