My brother rents and lives here . But on the other block which is block B . As i remmeber no issues , lifts were working , no ponds . Many chinese here also start moving in . Just hate the reno noise .

so, if we pay the maintenance fee due diligence,

one the lifts already malfunction.
when I ask him do the maintenance know, he said yes,
but the maintenance team asked back if residents want to money-pool for a new lift, then comes the silence

Usually not 100% able to pay maintenance on time each month

Thats why u see lelong units can have hundred thousands hutang of maintenance fees

Yeah when i was in the lift , got list of unit no who have arrears in maintenance fee.Highest is rm3k and i think maybe Like 30-50 units got hutang to management and its a new project think .

When you have 30-50 units not paying, the list will only get longer as in why should i pay when others don't, still scot free living.

Many memang moved in with no intend to pay. Why? Selective enforcement, no consequences. Ade Act macam takde Act.

Developer simply build cos its a RSKU project. Due to the lower price they sacrifice on quality to maximize the profit margin... but in doing so they are violating the purpose of RSKU... its supposed to be selangor govt initiative to provide affordable housing with the same standards as non RSKU units.

went to relative house (rsku), got 2 boom gates at guard house, 1 labeled as resident, another labeled as visitor/defaulter lol

i blame rain.
