pembeli rumah di Pangsapuri Harmoni 1, Putra Heights yang menyifatkan kegembiraan untuk memiliki rumah kini bertukar menjadi nasib ‘malang.

Harga rumah hampir mencecah RM300,000 tetapi retaknya merata, parkir umpama kolam ikan, berlumut dan berkeladak.

sebahagian besar penduduk di pangsapuri ini, timbul juga persoalan bagaimana projek ini diberikan Sijil Perakuan Kelayakan (CF).

Penduduk dalam masa sama mendakwa pihak pemaju seakan mengambil kesempatan terhadap pembeli untuk mengaut keuntungan walaupun menyedari ia merupakan projek perumahan ‘Rumah Selangorku’.

You paid 600k and you get issues like this, so those who paid 300k should get it worse?

Regardless of how much you paid, this issue shouldn't exist. It's 300k. Not 300 ringgit. The blame should be on greedy developers. Not on the buyers. Don't be stupid la.

That ramp grove is wrong. The chevron patterns must point up on both sides. This to flow water from middle of the ramp down to the side.

If you look on the left ramp, the chevron pattern points down. This causes water to accumulate in the middle of the ramp, and create a cascading waterfall.

Actually not fair to say like this. They may not untung from this project but I'm sure govt has given them some benefit elsewhere either landbank in lucrative area or in terms of approval

So they should factor this in when constructing good will projects lke this
