these so called affordable houses reaching 300k++ in prices is crazy.
you can get better value in buying existing condo, with better facilities and less density.


give you example.
why buy subang west The Greens or V Residensi at 600k to 700k when you can buy existing condo (albeit slightly older) of puri aiyu or indah alam at 300k to 400k? which basically the same location.
