Yup, no news on any local mid/big sizes bike recently.. I think BSH offended Honda Jap, they can't get stock allocation priority.

Rebels and CBR650 are trickling in, but not other models.

Some says the AP holder also play a part with BSH and not just Honda Thai / Jap.

I am still patiently waiting for ADV350 after giving up the Forza that arrived 1.5 years after booking

Speaking of latest CB650.. its available in TW markets. With E-clutch, it makes you feel like riding a 200+kg kapchai, keep the left hand from squeezing clutch. This is fun especially riding in urban heavy traffic.. with frequent stop & go situations.

This might sway me over to non-scooter.. will see.

I think BSH will announce new models in the MA2024. There lots of rumours floating around.. including the cb350 (the curryland bike), ADV 350, transalp 750(XL750) & etc. have to wait patiently for BSH reveal the details.

Else, it's a turn off for me. They never mentioned about its specs..
I can sure that if it's a Jap CBU bike, the engine displacement will be capped @ 250cc.

adv 350 - way too overpriced, might as well get zontes 350
nx500 - also overpriced, versys 650 is the better choice at this price
cb750 hornet - similar retail price with gsx 8s but suzuki have been giving 10k rebate for the past 6 months, making their bike price 40k.. also cb750 need add on quickshifter (no idea if it come default in our country)

arguably the hornet has more power compared to the suzuki, still the pricing is still not that good IMO

but maybe because 'H' tag they can do this?
im a believer that market disruption has happened with cheaper bikes (china) having the same if not better build quality.. with ready stocks

The Wing brand bike sure have abundant confidents on its products pricing. True fans will get watever they want just like the apple "i" products.

i think first things first - got to catch up with some old friends in the Wing and expect good news on this topic

for the pricing, given the legacy and reliability of Honda, the bikes will still sell like hot cakes (from what i can see today, Honda booth is the one that attracted the most attention)

my feedback is only on the ADV350 which i was eyeing on. the price point is ok for me as it is not too far off an upgrade from what i am using now (XMAX250) but i am surprised to see that it is so small and compact (which is not suitable for a 6 footer like me)

As a Honda fan - kinda insulted u compared us to "Cap epal" hahahha. (sorry Cap Epal fans)

for the price - Xadv is as above ..
for the NX500 - not too far off the CB500 it is replacing
for the transalps.... i think that pricing is kinda sweet spot for those wanting an alternative to the Africa twin (which is almost double the price)
kinda agree on the Hornet thou - with that price, have many more option

34krm body price way too much for me.. was expecting 30krm or below. Some more, those scalper might hit 40krm otr price Which is likely to be happened.
Basically, I think BSH apply this 1 big item price = 2 small item price on its products. Therefore, Price of the Xadv = 2 X adv350 price. But can't brain that price of ADV 350 = 2.5 X adv160 price.

This will be sold only in bigwing thus I kinda confident the price won't run far from the RSP

But no guarantee if someone buys from them and resale it at higher price

To your point of 30k below... then everyone will flock to this bike instead of Xmax or forza...

Adv 350 is a just tuned up version of Forza 350 (NSS350). The price gap between Forza & Adv 350 is too significant.
Not really every1 will flock to this bike if priced below 30KRM (body price), it could fend off the competition heats from Zontes for now.
Zontes incoming ADV scooter(368g & 501) could prove serious competition to honda Adv scooter.

Most of the B full riders might think that this Adv 350 offers less appeal to them.

its just my observation of the market

do the adv tag really matter for a scooter or is it just a gimmick? I still think 34k for a 350 maxi scooter is overpriced
qjmotor fort 350 is 23k (although we dont know how reliable it is)

getting adv160 then change engine to 350 at thailand will cost less from what i heard

nx500 price is too close to versys 650, why would they do that? in UK its retail price is 2000 pound less than versys.

I don't really see honda as anything special today, sure they have great history and all that but should they charge premium for that?

Our people also not getting richer with the upcoming ron95 subsidy removal
