No need to call him stupid. The penyu guy isn't happy with Unifi. Makes one wonder why he hasn't switched. If you are ok with their service, feel free to extend your contract. I'm also on RM159 800Mbps and always waiting for better alternatives. I'm out of contract too. Personally I wouldn't get the UPB but that's just me.

I subscribed to TIME. You can see my posts in the TIME thread. They have their own problems. In any case, to most ppl here, TIME doesn't exist. Their coverage is extremely low.

My home's TIME connection early termination is just RM500 one off.

If I choose not to take any contract I only need o pay RM400 upfront which allows me to cancel ANYTIME without any penalty.

No, you're absolutely correct.

I think the only way to let most 800mbps rm159 user to renew their plan/contract is either
1.higher speed plan announce Or
2.lower subscription unifi fee Or
3.highly attractive combo plan(like abit higher price with higher speed plan E.g rm199-1gbps or some else)

Most people dont really utilize the unifiTV,and also 800mbps normally come with ultimate plan,so most 800mbps rm159 user should stay with unifi without contract now.

Not mostly but certainly stay with unifi if the price are RM159

I got offered the TV Box RM20/Month be free. But contract for HyppTV 24 Months.

Worth to add it? Is the TV box any restrictions? Or can bring to anyway as long as got Internet and HDMI cable?

What is a good box under RM200?
Put other issues aside, 800mbps for RM159 is a good deal and most people who got this deal are surely to stay on, unless Time comes to their place.

Not wrong, Just that most of the other choices uses TM's infra and are often subpar in terms of technical support and hard capped speed. Unless your area has other infra from Time or Allo.
But there are still some reason to choose other provider, like better value and pricing especially if combine with certain postpaid plan.
