If pinging to your router having packet lost meaning the connection between your device and your router is having issue.
Or for packet lost to unifi prefix gateway most likely is unifi problem.(But super rarely to have this issue)

It is normal. First month always charge more. (total around 1.5-2x of monthly subscription fee)

Your netflix account is bought or register yourself?
(Netflix had a new rule set in 2022,that some countries' NF account is not allowed to use in specific countries(HK,and somemore in southeast asia)
Seems like due to too many people using sharing account in those countries.

I think yours is in this case,so u need to find another account that supported will works in worldwide area.
The reason why i know is because 2month ago i was going to bought a new NF account in taobao,but the seller told me their account is not working for some countries anymore.

Just ask the seller before rent a new NF account to ensure it will work in Malaysia.
(The working account price is 50% about more then those countries-block account - in my memories Turkey registered account not working anymore)

I think the only way to let most 800mbps rm159 user to renew their plan/contract is either
1.higher speed plan announce Or
2.lower subscription unifi fee Or
3.highly attractive combo plan(like abit higher price with higher speed plan E.g rm199-1gbps or some else)

Most people dont really utilize the unifiTV,and also 800mbps normally come with ultimate plan,so most 800mbps rm159 user should stay with unifi without contract now.

No. Speedtest to most MY and some SG server should getting 820+mbps download and 200+mbps upload. (99% of time)

TM had recover from the submarine cable break for few days already. Most connection from my end is quite acceptable now.

Zyxel is quite common in Taiwan,i think the device should be okay.

Mine already end on 2017
No higher plan,so tm didn't call for renewing contract.
Waiting for future higher plan with rm10 addon or free upgrade(dream i know).

call tm or livechat to ask them for a port reset,and see any improvement.
if still like this repot to tm,they will send a team to your home to see.

I think if TM implement quota for unifi and limit speed after that ,then the network condition or routing will be abit better since some people (small percentage of super high usage user like more than 8 TB per month) will control their usage in order to prevent over quota.
For me i think pay per use with unifi is really bad.
I rather have speed limit after quota like 30-50% of subscription speed. (example:100mbps plan over quota(2tb),and still can use 30mbps to 50mbps dl after over quota.)

If the overall unifi usage going down abit,then the congestion issue will be lower, otherwise the routing issue always like that...
But of course unifi should upgrade their infrastructure and invest for more submarine cable other than implement quota thing for solving the issue.

No idea why last month i use over 2tb dl usage...

Warp not working everyday for malaysia or maybe unifi.
The problem started few months ago,
As long as you connected to warp and didn't disable it, then u still can use warp without issue.
But if you disable it,then that is 50% possibility that you will not getting working warp connection from cloudflare.
And also it seems like not happens to every device.
For what I observed, Cloudflare will block some people to connect their warp service, since some people is abusing the service.

And the reason why i said this happens to malaysia user,is because every time my brother had enabled CF warp in singapore,and if he came back,he still able to continue use the warp,but when he disable,and want to enable again,then it might not working again. (At least few time already)

Edit:
Just do a quick test- my VM can't connect to warp with unifi ip,but if i reroute the warp ip usage by sg vpn to cloudflare warp,then suddenly the warp connection works.

CF had issue a short one day fully block to unofficial client warp user few month ago,but they had unblock after that short period.
The current issue is even enable Warp with CF official phone app or windows app will having the same block issue.

The warp service just randomly didn't respond handshake from malaysia ips. (But both of my android device currently can connect to warp service)
With Malaysia Unifi IP or Malaysia VPN ip


With Singapore server ip

Most people use CF warp as VPN,reason:
1.Free to use
2.Unlimited quota
3.Could be resolve the routing issue, which may routed with CF optimized routing.(But actually i think most situation is not optimized routing,but still acceptable.)
4.VPN usage is encrypted,so ISP are not able to inspect your usage, BUT if visit CF protected sites, your original IP will be expose to the site that your visits.

Depends of your connected warp server and gaming server.
And yes warp speed slower then original internet plan speed is normal, warp or warp plus is similar, but warp plus might getting better routing. (But really not big improvement, difference is within 10% if i not wrong)
CF Warp server is sharing with alot of user,so the speed slower.
Especially connected to warp server that hosted in MY, warp server is not choose-able it is depend of anycast network.
