Dear all,

I'm getting NTP server error on my Unifi Set Top Box. The time and date stuck at 12.00am and 01/01/2014 every time I startup the device. I can't load the app my mom uses to watch drama when the time and date is not accurate. Can someone give alternative NTP server address? Contacted TM CS but all they know is to reset my internet. The internet is working just fine, only the NTP server seems not to be working. Any help is much appreciated!

Thank you!  notworthy.gif

my.pool.ntp.org
https://www.ntppool.org/zone/my

If the box does not accept url, ping the address and use whatever IP it returns.

Also make sure you don't have any firewall blocking UDP 123 anywhere in your network.

also
time1.google.com
time2.google.com
time3.google.com
time4.google.com
or any IP behind those dynamic hostname.

you might need to check or replace from time to time since IP behind ntppool.org or google.com is dynamic, and the server at that IP might go offline.

Here's a list of many servers

I suggest using either pool.ntp.org or time.google.com or time.cloudflare.com

Check the specs first if it's a product you want. I will finish my installment for my 55" LG TV in their 1st promo in this July 2023. So IMHO, it's quite worth it

I wonder if you can add another EX3220-T0 and have 3 units in mesh.

Anyone tried it?

i am using wifi-5 mesh at my home.

but i can only get the following transfer speed (LAN transfer not Internet) between my windows 10 PC and windows 10 laptop.

why i can only get this kind of speed via wireless LAN?

i had tried all sort of methods but still the same.
