hi guys. i notice from the myunifi apps, i can upgrade the plan from there.
i see there is same plan with my current existing speed plan with hotstar disney promo. i guess this will make my current plan renewed contract.
currently im out of contract already.

You can login on unlimited number of devices
Though I'm not sure if there's a limited number of devices you can watch at 1 time. Only tested to watch on 2 screens at 1 time, didn't test more

Wanted to upgrade plan from 10mbps to 30mbps via the app but there is none to be choose.

Tried live chat but keep saying system down for few days.

if it high fiber loss, there is not much that u can do without technician onsite.
for ur high jitter rate, recommend u try unif easy fix
if unable to solve u can open a report via easyfix then they will send their technician to diagnose and solve for u

Disney Hotstar 24 months free is good but this Unifi really trapped you with another new 24 months contract *sigh*

No free meal without doing anything. Don't take it if can't accept the terms.

Since you have finish contract, I would suggest you visit a Tmpoint and request for Staywithunifi plan. It is cheaper than the upgrade package in My Unifi app, but only can get in Tmpoint.
Do read up few pages back to understand the plan.

buy a better mesh wifi routers and get the best spots to place them will be better.

i prefer the black colour and look of dlink 1860z but i prefer the brand of zyxel haha.

what model did u get eventually. i got the zyxel one.

yes, very important to have spare, at least now i have one linksys mesh unit spare in case of any of my other mesh units are down.

also have the free zyxel from unifi as ultimate backup also. haha.

yeah indeed. remaining contract free and enjoy nothing (price discount, freebies) lagi more lugi.

since at this age, no one can live without fibre broadband. one no matter how needs to have one fibre broadband subscription at anytime anyway unless u are not the one paying. haha.
