Anyone facing withdrawal delay from kdi save? I withdrew from my kdi save yesterday morning 8:30am but until now money not credited to my bank account. Customer service officer said it only affected yesterday withdrawal and I should expect the money to be credited by end of today.
First time facing this and lose confidence with the same day withdrawal promise.

Money will come in at 11pm only. Be patient. Check back at 11pm tonight.

As long as done before 11am, money will only come in at 11pm same day unless public holiday or weekend then next working day only process at 11am and money will come in at 11pm.

Oh sorry I read that you did it today.

Maybe not explicitly stated but all this while it's been same day withdrawal if requested by 11am on working day.

if money is needed urgently same day, i use Boost /3.3-3.5% interest
or Atlas 3.88% ....can withdraw anytime of the day

if not urgent need late 1 day still ok
big amount dont want lose interest, i use KDI 4.0%
but avoid withdraw on Friday,
at most late 1 day only

Yep, it's always been same day in my own experience.

Is this a way for them to save interest cost, since we are not getting interest, but they are able to use the funds for a day for free?

On the other hand, just wonder how long they can continue to pay 4% rate for deposits, when money market funds are now earning around 3-3.3% hmm.gif

If you put into invest need to wait like 4-5 working days for it to show up.
Then if you switch from invest to save another 8-9 working days

Applied for KDI on Aug 26, today only approved. 3 days short of 1 month. I already move most of my money into Ryt and Aeon FD.

2 weeks after apply, only they started doing some KYC. Granted I did ask them, and they say huge amount of application, so many delays.

KDI still reliable right guys? I see so many messages about delays above...

I think as long as the funds are still intact is the main concern for me.

A bit of delay is ok - 4% is worth the while even though it is only for 50k..

Expansion of Sales and Service tax (SST) on Specified Financial Services Fees and Charges.

Just received the above via e-mail. Does these include deposit and withdrawal for KDI Save?

From Google AI below but can anyone verify this?

SST and KDI Save
SST Impact: Starting October 1, 2025, Kenanga Digital Investing will charge an 8% service tax (SST) on management fees for specified financial services.
Applicability: The 8% SST will be applied to the management fees of the KDI Invest product, which typically incurs management fees for amounts above RM3,000.
No Impact on KDI Save: The KDI Save cash management account remains free of management fees and SST, as it is a cash management product.
