Seeking some advice/clarification:

I did KDI Save deposit 1st time today, after setting up the designated bank account for deposit a few days ago.

When I clicked the Deposit button (under Online Deposit tab), I expected to see only this bank to be displayed. But instead, many banks are shown. Anyway, I clicked on my designated bank button to complete the transaction, however I still had to select the correct account when directed to the bank website.

Just wondering, since the Deposit page shows many banks, is it possible to do a deposit via a non-designated bank account? For sure, KDI has stated that only the designated and verified bank account may be used, due to security considerations.

I did withdrawal for 1st time today, at 8.45am.

Got an email from KDI at 5.54pm confirming that my request is successful.

However, the funds does not seem to have been credited to my bank account as of now.

Will it be credited today, or is it going to be tomorrow?

Just an update. I got at 9 something, not sure exact time.

Today I received a KDI Save withdrawal earlier than ever. It was in when I checked at 7pm

Have not been using withdrawal feature on KDI save for quite a long time.

Just now did a withdrawal:

1) It immediately processed the withdrawal without requesting for bank account confirmation. I presume it will be credited to my nominated bank account?
2) I submitted before 8am. What time can I expect to receive the funds in the other bank account? The last time I did a withdrawal, it was same-day afternoon, tho the T&C says 1-2 days.

Received email from KDI at 4.02pm advising that withdrawal of funds successful.

But still no credit to be seen in my nominated bank account.

Seems later than before.

Is this normal these days guys?

I did withdrawal at 930am today. Up to now, the transaction is still pending in KDI account.

Never happened like this before. Usually the withdrawal is shown as "success" in KDI account within a couple of hours, although the funds are only credited to receiving bank account after 6pm.

Looks like this time I might not get it same day.

What's up with KDI system lately, a few other delays raised by others too?

Yep, it's always been same day in my own experience.

Is this a way for them to save interest cost, since we are not getting interest, but they are able to use the funds for a day for free?

On the other hand, just wonder how long they can continue to pay 4% rate for deposits, when money market funds are now earning around 3-3.3%
