Ya, got such service. I got a quote from a 3rd party service provider that certified by Apple. Need 2K++.. the fee seems more expensive for newer model.

I put mine around 3500 and no one seems to want to buy lol. Probably market price around RM 3200

My 13 PM which I passed on to an immediate family member just experienced the WSOD (White Screen of Death). No drops no damage no nothing. Users beware.

Now trying to backup the data on the phone before planning my next step.

This happened to me also. I sent to official service provider (AASP), and they replaced the display for free. Advisor told me Apple has issued an internal service/repair program to AASPs for this issue, so AASPs will usually replace if phone hasn't been opened by unofficial service centers and liquid ingress indicator is not triggered.

Thanks. Btw was your phone still under warranty? I have called up an AASP and they told me the same thing. This applies to phone even out of warranty. So Im sending it in on Monday to get it replaced but the AASP did mention this would also depend on Apple's approval. The bad thing is I can't backup the phone now (because it is a requirement to backup before sending the phone in for repairs at any AASP) because the whole screen went blank white. Im hoping it will return to normal for a while within these few days to let me back it up.
Heard from the SA that this WSOD affects both 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max models.

Nope, it was way out of warranty lol (got mine on launch day). Yeah, AASP said it applies to all 13 Pro / Pro Max models, regardless of warranty status. They told me Apple usually just approve straightaway if it hasn't been opened by non-authorised repair shops and liquid ingress indicator still not tripped.

For me, I was able to connect it to my Mac and back it up because even though screen was fully white, it still detected touches. The way I did it was to mirror the phone screen using QuickTime, then try to tap the screen to see which part is being tapped.

Another good thing is, the replacement display also meant no more burnt pixels (due to status bar and home bar) and the red tint issue also gone. Make sure to check for those in a dark environment before you confirm the phone is fixed.

Hi just to confirm, if happen WSOD, just directly bring it to AASP will do right? No longer need to inform Apple first like what other member mention previously?

Also got my iPhone 13 Pro on launch day, so far nothing happen yet but worry one day the screen might failed.
I think I need to start backup my phone also

last time kena WSOD also able to swipe (can answer call but don't know who call)...Want to backup iTunes the problem asked pass code.....Take wrap plastic and copy location of pin number from other iPhone. Lucky able enter pass code and backup all data...
