Is there an official apple place that can change battery before it reaches 80%? Mine is at 84% and it’s annoying me needing to charge much more frequently now

Yo apple users, I have a plasma UAG case to lelong, it’s original and I seldom used it cause it’s damn heavy. I have already upgraded to iPhone 15 pro so I have no uses for the cases already.
