Hi. Can i know which location old DS 850k market value rent out for 1.2k?

Also yes i have interact a lof with most of my circles and even my wife. It seems Malaysia dont like old subsale units eventhough it far more cheaper and bigger in size than new ones.

Recently my fren was asking me is it okay to buy a rm600k 1.4k sqft service apartment from developer. I said good size. But show him in the same neighbiurhood, an old 2 storey subsale townvilla bigger size 1700sqft selling for rm360-380k. Hes totally not interested lol 😅

but bmw always premium selection 1 month old 1k mileage... 80-100k off... lol... or 5 yr old after full end of warranty service ...

anyways... my next car probably ev... smile.gif

Itu maciam ka. Mayb u guys too rich dun hav average Joe problem. Sometimes people hav been forced to look for new property as subsales need a chunk of money. At least 15-20% of d house value. Itu belum kira cost of renovate etc lagi.
