Celcom gave me long awaited feature which is VoLTE .... but just curious, where to turn on / off the feature in Note 10+ ?

actually i use more than half year d on celcom. u need pm them to activate

for off VOLTE u need off 4g completely. can only use for awhile
end year no more 3g

Anyone still having issues with the SPen? My Spen keep disconnecting when i remove it from the slot. DOesnt seem to connect.. not sure why. :\ ANyone also have similar problem? Updated to latest software update today. :|

Hmm. Mine i think is no problem, its only when i remove from the slot, then at the pop up it will appear disconnected. So when i reconnect the pen, it will try to reconnect, but then will come out cannot. Forgot what it says but it will still appear disconnected, my phone already updated to latest, 1st July 2021 update, still same. sigh.. :\ So annoying. lol.

Happy Note10+ user reporting in. Never had any plan to upgrade in this 1-2 years coming. If this phone got stolen, i'll buy another Note10+ again.

Mine too... It started to happen few days back but there was no update on my phone... Now what I did is turned off the air gestures (something like that) and the annoying notification stopped. What really happened and any workarounds?

I seriously dont know man, im also trying to figure out, but mine not so annoying, only when the spen is removed it gets a bit annoying. I just dont like that the pen isnt connecting with the phone. lol. Sigh. :\ I still cant find a solution, hoping someone here know how. hehe

I got the same issue also early this year... i suspect the battery inside the spen no longer charging. So i bought a new spen in shopee, and its working again.

oh? WHen did you got your phone? I got my phone 2 years ago. But if battery spoil, cannot change? lol. or cheaper buy new one? Its not annoying when the spen is plugged in, when plugged out is the one always appearing disconnected. lol

Ever since Celcom enabled Volte for me, in less than a week, i have problem with few calls, whereby I cannot hear anything from the caller, caller said they only hear noise. I switched to 2G/3G to disabled Volte, but result also same.

Anyone have experience this ? It's the problem with Celcom or the phone ?

Guys, yesterday I used my 10 Plus to shot footage underwater. It was fine and all, but this morning I see there is a moisture inside the camera lens. Any suggestion what should be done? or Should I be worried?

I've done this multiple time before (underwater photo) and it only happen now. And yes, all of them in plain water, not chlorine or saltwater.

if its moisture. ur waterproof maybe a goner.

just my 2 cents.

1) go to shop ask them dismantle dry it and reassemble back

2) off ur phone. warm up the phone maybe slightly under sun awhile for few days or what just to get moisture out.
if the water form at ur motherboard. probably bye bye to ur phone.

3) off ur phone find othr ways to dry it for few days before turning them on ;

wah hopefully release sooner, damn annoyed with this dual messenger issue already.

1. Remove your sim card tray (only thing that can open up to electronic)
2. then put your phone in a fully air sealed plastic bag
3. Put a dehumidifier, those that u can throw into cupboard intonthe bag
4. Seal up the bag
5. Leave it a few days. Can also try heating the bag with a hairdryer if you want.. but make sure only warm, not too hot..

My back lenses has no moisture anymore, camera quality seems a bit affected tho even tho there is no more water.

Tried the in the rice / silica gel over the night multiple time, front camera seems lost now, no moisture seen but camera result like there is a droplet of water on the lense..

It make air commend button cannot dock on edge of screen, and menu spacing more large that before

Have been many time when mobile data screen i want tap on top, but is nothing, and need tap on below usual location, why not make it can tap to see usage graph

I'm not going to trust Samsung waterproof anymore within 1 year my waterproof is gone without a specific reason.

Recently damaged by water after slightly submerge in the water (camera part) sent to SC they simply said "it's normal. Wear and tear could cause the waterproof feature to deteriorate and the warranty wouldn't cover that even if it's not reaching 1 year mark."

So my opinion just assumes that your waterproof feature is as good as gone once they took it apart.

waterproof no warranty.
no phone manufacture will give u warranty for that.

they have a paper that can detect water ingress.
treat waterproof as added feature and dont test its workability. its not worth it

Yeah, I admit that is my fault I to trust these marketing gimmicks and learnt it the hard way.

I've been using the phone without worry of any type of water damage since day 1 due to this so-called 'feature'. Use it with wet hand / taking picture under the rain and so on until this happens while the phone is merely 8 months old. Luckily the moisture/watermark under the camera is gone now. But for some reason, my light sensor is damaged now. Sent to SC they said due to water and it's going to cost me RM2000 to get it repaired.

The gimmick is that it was able to be submerged up to 1.5m, mind you all I did was get the camera part under the water, that is all it take.

I'll be fine with the light sensor, so I'll live with it for now.

nobody claim till today. as far as i know.

tbh 2k. u get a second hand note10 also that price.
other parts can sell or use as spare parts as well.

yeah, luckily the only permanent damage is the light sensor I can still live with that.

Yeah I saw Note 10 Plus SD version is around 1.8k only,

they reported said that they need to replace mb and lcd screen in order to fix it.
I have no idea and lazy to question it straight away said no right after hearing how much they request to repair..

what the. MB and Oled screen.
that 2 cost is most exp d....
other component not much value one.

My 1.5 years note10+ now has gap between the frame and the back cover. Can even lift it with fingernail lol. Any of u guys have this problem?

I promise myself to bring the phone to servince centre and have it repaired. But problem solved when i put casing. So cant see the gap HAHAHA

Good thing for me despite they listed can use in the water, u have never did anything as such. Not even a splash. I guess just have to be careful with dirt.

The reason im not sending to SC is due to the crazy delta virus rampaging now and the possibility that the SC might f up my phone just to encourage me buying a new phone. Ofcoz, all that was just my suspicion. So long the phone performance is OK and how it should be, i think i will avoid sending to SC if i ever need at all.

I start to charge without fast charging last week. Fast charging is good, but will deteriorate batt faster. I bought one extra charger from Samsung also when buying the note 10+. So far i only need to change the default cable in one of the charger. My unit is a pre-order also but from harvey norman. Too bad my warranty no more d.

My S Pen can't seem to connect to my Note10+ for the Bluetooth functions anymore. Anyone has this problem? I've tried to pair it again, but am unable to do so. Suspect the battery in the S Pen is dead, anyone has experience in whether it is cheaper to get the SC to change battery or to just buy a new S Pen?

Mine had the same issue after 1.5 years (seldom used) - didn't bother to buy a new one. I've tried various methods online. I'm questioning Samsung's QC for S pen...

Maybe you can try this method:

anybody face this problem before whereby the phone auto decline the first call. but the 2nd time call goes through?

Dunno since which update, my note 10 has these problems
1. The dark area of video become smudged.
2. Eye comfort seems to on and off by itself randomly - screen become yellowish. Restart then ok.

eyecomfort u got put schedule?

yellowish occur if u in natural mode.
even put lowest eye comfort lvl still abit yellowish. i think is how they tweak natural colour. if u dont like can try vivid mode

Eyecomfort I already off it.
Changed to Vivid see first then become yellowish again after a while.


If I screencap look on laptop then don't have those problem.

the yellowish for me more prominent at natural mode.
i still prefer natural mode. i adjust natural than open eyecomfort. put minimum

in vivid mode my white ok.

Today I on screen, 1 of 5 times will become yellow. Other 4 times are normal.

just wondering if anyone's note 10 has wifi issues? sometimes even standing in front of router, it takes a bit of time to load google search. however on mobile data, everything is fine.

If you using unifi, that is unifi problem
I read many complaint slow on unifi thread

no problem with time wifi
however with tethering sometimes whatsapp wont recieve msg. not sure my other phone problem or what

Mine slow down for weeks

i'm on time.

i was using note 8 before this. works perfectly with no lag etc. then my note 8 died. so changed to a note 10. but i realised it's visibly slower than my note 8 when i'm on my wifi at home. quite often i see my notification bar, there's wifi and 4glte at the same time.

my wife has been using iphone since the beginning and she has been having these wifi issues as well. so i guess it may be the ISP or the router problem. i wonder if upgrading the router works coz this slow wifi is driving me insane. imagine wanna google something have to wait for 10 seconds for it to load. sometimes i'd rather just turn off my wifi and use my mobile data.

Maybe some device use up your line? Yeah if can try change new router

i only have a few devices which are logged into my house wifi.
1) 1x tv
2) 1x printer
3) 2x laptops
4) 1x ipad
5) 2x phones

that's about it. tv. even at midnight when the tv, laptops and printer isn't turned on, it's still slow.

off topic abit. any recommended router?

My line just 30mbps non fibre unifi, not really research router

there is an app that can be used without root. but only through normal phoen calls. if through earphones cannot record
