Celcom gave me long awaited feature which is VoLTE .... but just curious, where to turn on / off the feature in Note 10+ ?

Guys, yesterday I used my 10 Plus to shot footage underwater. It was fine and all, but this morning I see there is a moisture inside the camera lens. Any suggestion what should be done? or Should I be worried?

I've done this multiple time before (underwater photo) and it only happen now. And yes, all of them in plain water, not chlorine or saltwater.

Browsing through google lead me to different opinion on different phone. Keep in rice / hair dryers / leave it be etc.

I'm not going to trust Samsung waterproof anymore within 1 year my waterproof is gone without a specific reason.

Recently damaged by water after slightly submerge in the water (camera part) sent to SC they simply said "it's normal. Wear and tear could cause the waterproof feature to deteriorate and the warranty wouldn't cover that even if it's not reaching 1 year mark."

So my opinion just assumes that your waterproof feature is as good as gone once they took it apart.

Yeah, I admit that is my fault I to trust these marketing gimmicks and learnt it the hard way.

I've been using the phone without worry of any type of water damage since day 1 due to this so-called 'feature'. Use it with wet hand / taking picture under the rain and so on until this happens while the phone is merely 8 months old. Luckily the moisture/watermark under the camera is gone now. But for some reason, my light sensor is damaged now. Sent to SC they said due to water and it's going to cost me RM2000 to get it repaired.

The gimmick is that it was able to be submerged up to 1.5m, mind you all I did was get the camera part under the water, that is all it take.

I'll be fine with the light sensor, so I'll live with it for now. 

yeah, luckily the only permanent damage is the light sensor I can still live with that.

Yeah I saw Note 10 Plus SD version is around 1.8k only,

they reported said that they need to replace mb and lcd screen in order to fix it.
I have no idea and lazy to question it straight away said no right after hearing how much they request to repair..

Dunno since which update, my note 10 has these problems
1. The dark area of  video become smudged.
2. Eye comfort seems to on and off by itself randomly - screen become yellowish. Restart then ok.

Eyecomfort I already off it.
Changed to Vivid see first then become yellowish again after a while.


If I screencap look on laptop then don't have those problem.

If kena yellow tint, will it comes and go or it is permanent?

Today I on screen, 1 of 5 times will become yellow. Other 4 times are normal.

Same place I sit here, same light also can change color, so weird.

Black smudged area in video also another weird problem.

just wondering if anyone's note 10 has wifi issues? sometimes even standing in front of router, it takes a bit of time to load google search. however on mobile data, everything is fine.

Hi anyone tried to flash and install other country firmware that has Call Recorder?

hello all. searching for note 10 plus (new set)
still worth it in 2021? price around 2k for 8GB + 256GB note 10 plus. currently using samsung a50
think will last 3 years?
tbf i have another samsung tablet that goes all the way from 2013 and it still worked (just change battery)

dun feel like spending another hundreds for a note 20 ultra for basically similar specs.

may be the last major update ever but probably the most important ever in your lifetime  

unlike my note 9 been changing its battery 3 times and counting

guys, anyone has this problem where your screen is like having blue light filter on, although the eye comfort shield is turned off?

still the same. i google and seems like a lot of other users have this problem also. and most of them send to service centre and the service centre told them to change the display. aiyo  

I have the same problem and go to SC last weekend regarding this issue. Battery still ok. The glue surrounding the back cover need to be replace and it cost me RM 100++. 

Later if you need to change the battery, you will have to pay the glue + battery that cost around RM253...
