Hi guys, I have some issue with my note10+

a. It now has horizontal lines across the screen. It happened suddenly and I don't know why.

b. The screen is not responsive to my taps and touches. And it will start to open up screens, buttons and menus even though I did not touch or try to open up those screens.

I have tried restarting, calibrating, reboot in safe mode, checked for updates, adjusted touch sensitivity, etc. But still having problems.

Anyone know a fix?
