Images hard to say because maybe the image quality not great to begin with. A better test is to draw or paint different solid colours of different gradient intensities.

But I've read reports about similar things that are resolved with some updates or was introduced with updates. So you might be right on your issue just dunno how to help you out tho. Hopefully the next update sorts this out for you.

Oh snap didn't realise it was a big update

Only realised after updating

I usually wait before updating in case anything breaks

After few days it seem to normalise

But overall smoother right

Maybe clear cache or something

I got one app got issue it resolved after clear

Now can't remember what's that app

Perhaps Samsung using old iPhone tactics

I think optimisation very important, but i guess they don't really bother with the older cpu or products

I still remember some games that used to have bad fps on Android but great fps on ios, after 1 year when i tried back the game on Android, the game suddenly handled well with smooth fps.

Btw i disabled game optimising service, now the phone feels snappier throughout

The issue with the game optimising service it seems to affect more than just games. The service throttle the apps. Downside of disable is the phone takes more power and may be hotter because the throttle is disabled

Yeah it's only logical

But i prefer my phone snappier because i don't game

Non game apps i prefer it load faster etc so less time wasted looking at empty screen. I remember back then i preferred the enhanced processing because it takes more power to run the screen at my current brightness compared to the enhanced processing used to run the app faster

Game wise it runs more fps, but if you spend the same amount of time on the game then definitely take more power

Feels so odd because looks like pc

In step with the Google keyboard update i guess

Same issue, tried every year still same

After latest update phone now faster again for app loading

I guess faster and warmer because they unlock the throttling initially as they have said in the update details
