Since yesterday evening the routing to my VPN provider's SG servers changed to Level3.net (previously PCCW).
Don't know if it's permanent or the usual TM tikam-tikam. There was a bit of packet loss yesterday (highest I noticed was around 5%) for a while, but after that seems to be stable.
Just now took a short sample before connecting; mtr --aslookup sg6-wireguard.mullvad.net

Yeah, Level3 is soooo much better. Pings dropped from 40ms to 15ms.

So far I check, linode route also didnt go through pccwglobal anymore.

Aduan SKMM also but for this website high latency even its not going through pccwglobal but the route seems weird. lol.

I hope you guys monitor today & tomorrow and tell the results here.

Still having issues in the night when playing Forza 4 online, get kick outta server all the time due to bad connection.

I am still have many weird issues. After 8pm still everything like become slower. But Speedtest to tm shows 850mbps

Netflix thumbnails all also not loading. Click on black box instantly all load

Netflix ok for me. What DNS server are you using?

I don't use Netflix on mobile or laptop, but it seems to be performing like normal on my TV. Thumbnails all loading fine, but sometimes the show previews/trailers take a few seconds to start playing, which is normal during peak night time. Tried playing a show and there's no unwanted behavior, just the usual couple of seconds buffering when I fast-forward or rewind. I'm talking about local Netflix btw. I don't do the US/UK/JP-Netflix-via-VPN thing, so cannot comment on that.

Currently have ORENcloud's DNSKu set on my home router (they upstream to Cloudflare, if I'm not mistaken), but I think Android TV will override that with Google DNS anyway.

I'm not a gamer so cannot comment on gaming performance.

Will continue to monitor.

I didnt saw any pccwglobal route anymore from my test IP.

I saw only packetloss (very less) on testraglobal IP such as discord.

Aduan SKMM I dont know why the route are becoming weirder, maybe the server are actually there ?

If I change to different Netflix profile everything works fine

Maybe TM has some special weird route exclusively for the Aduan SKMM related IPs, in order to prevent people lodging complaints.

Aduan SKMM use a service (probably anti ddos services) from Nsfocus to protect its server.

Traceroute to aduan.skmm.gov.my (212.58.157.7) shows that TM route to Nsfocus is going through DE-CIX Frankfurt.

This shows that both TM and Nsfocus have public peering with each other in DE-CIX Frankfurt.

Before this I saw its using pccwglobal but now changed already.

Btw guys inform how is it tomorrow, and within 1 week if theres no issue much ill close my report I think.
Most of my test IP are okay now.

Yeah, previously it's route through PCCWGlobal HK -> PCCWGlobal SG -> Nsfocus SG

Probably TM now preferring DE-CIX route for Nsfocus.

Well whatever they did after months of complaining that Warzone game ping suddenly from 23ms became 50 - 60+ms, now finally is 23ms again.
Last time I did ping plotter it was going through HE route. Before that was some other route. This happen for like 2 months. Everyday I call and fuck em up real good. Finally starting yesterday ping perfect. Done talking nicely to those animals. I just bamboo non stop everyday until they can't take it. Sick of this company 💩💩💩
By miracle even YouTube, Netflix and my Amazon Prime all smooth. Even Twitch and Discord stream finally ok. Next time I know if you just bamboo them things get done 👍

Maybe is ovh contact tm for this pipe,OVH too rich for this.
I dont think TM will contact OVH for this.
But really happy about that,i am going to rent singapore server only from OVH now.

And from my internet usage experience now its quite good.
I think Im gonna close this report within 7 days if there is no issue.

it seem OVH and TM between bandwidth usage quite high... no wonder Equinix / SGIX pipe cant cope the load.

current usage almost 45% for 10Gbps pipe.

Ya,i also report to OVH SG several time before.
I think in my memory,they said they cant do anything about that.
So from what i think for now,the user from TM is big enough for them worth to pay for private peering and permanently fix the problem about that.
Since OVH sure know every few days will having overload network between TM and OVH SG.
