maybe your area got issue.. if cable cut is between your area to TM DC.
TM has limiting ip range no longer like before that you could reset choice of different ip range

Technician come keep test over an hour, is my area server problem probably. Upload less than 10mbps. Replaced btu test with his own router same result 10upload 10download. Same, now suspect is server problem. Since serviced few houses had same issue since yesterday.
Tried reset but seems like they really limited 3 ip forever.
Even digi shown dl speed at 200mbps
Wtf
Now even worst 7mbps to 11mbps avg no matter what ip recieved.
