Cannot play multiplayer at all.even connect to vpn at singapore

Paid 100mbps price for 1515 service

Same very unstable but constant 1mbps at current hours

if your local speedtest is normal... then forget abt international speed.

just use vpn bypass the throttling.

Local speedtest also slow, to celcom tower also slow.
Very sad now test to their own site also less than 10mbps

more likely their hardware in your area got issue.
then you have to wait TM solved the issue.

Saw my ticket close, made a live chat turnout whole sabah is major routing issue now. Still on tuning.

international connection really got issue demmit..
its been like this for few weeks that I was really close to just switch to TIME

even reading manga the image loads one by one like 1mbps connection.. and I'm on 500mbps package
dont even mention opening multiple manga tabs..

either switching ISP or continue use unifi with VPN

TM international connectivity is beyond hope especially over night peak hours the congestion level is very serious by their rate limiting.

Yesterday night 10pm circa, damn slow again right? Usually 10pm,11pm,12am and probably into the wee hours is the golden time for the slow unresponsive website loading. Even Lowyat need to refresh a few times. Sometimes the loading progress just hangs.

for me its only international/oversea connection problem
local site like lowyat is ok no problem, local speedtest also normal

its just the damn international one.. and thats like 90% of my surfing apart from lowyat

Why did they do this? It started since late December last year right? Also does maxis WiFi have this problem?

Bcos they dont have enough international bandwidth to supply to unifi users plus certain link havent back in service.

and there is limited premium bandwidth which only to Enterprise/Corporate customer. Myself has tested their line is different from normal users like us especially their international routing.

late december there were submarine cable issue.

at middle march the submarine cable has been repaired but there are cable issue in malaysia water were which certain link are unable bring back.

Oh okay. So Maxis and Time don’t have this issue cz they have sufficient international bandwidth right?

depend which region you connecting also but overall are better then TM

Previous ASE cable outage for TM has been fully restored just an hour ago.

Normally I use daily for browsing, social media, and online classes there’s no issue, the download and upload speeds are perfectly normal. But when gaming on Asia server always will get packet loss, packet burst, high delay it’s so noticeable. On other gaming server such as Oce I don’t get any of those.

Despite the ASE cable outage being solved like you said, the speed test still shows high jitter and ping. I’m on fibre cables btw. Last time i always get 2 ms ping and 0.31 ms jitter. Should I just switch to Maxis WiFi at this point? Very disappointing and frustrating to face this in gaming every night for over 3 months+ . I just did 3 speed tests a while ago and just look at the ping and jitter

Hoo, seems like they are using different route to JP today with lower latency than previous route, no packet loss too.
Hope they remain on this route

For me latency suddenly got worse. Then I found out I lost my preferred 60.xxx IP prefix. Grrrrr

On the other hand, latency to my SG VPN servers has more than doubled, with packet loss again. Download speeds are throttled too. Given up disconnecting/reconnecting today. All the IP ranges I'm getting are crap to SG. Now on 115.xxx and at least connection to JP servers are good, at the expense of higher latency.
