lazy to read through all 20 pages but lets determine hardware or software issue first. you mentioned you get blackscreen randomly if running on nvidia only, black screen on your laptop or external monitor?
If still can detect the GPU means a good thing? Look at device manager from time to time see if it disappears. |

The experience from purchase to service had been very good for me: 1. Hari ini order, besok sampai. Payment is only released after confirming that you received the laptop (Shopee). You won't be grabbed by the balls for weeks/months. 2. Proper hardware (i.e. Intel SSD vs mystery brands) and warranty (Service Centre is in Penang island itself, you can choose to walk-in or arrange for pick-up) 3. Sent in for repairs recently. They gave clear instructions on how to debug/prepare/package before handing it over to their SC in Bayan Lepas. No questions asked for complete MoBo replacement other than getting my approval to reformat SSD for final validation to ensure that everything works fine before shipping back to me. Anything that requires timeline (i.e. ETA for parts to arrive or repair completion/updates) they gave actual dates so that you can track. And yes, do escalate to KPDNHEP ASAP as suggested. With all the slow-mo ping pong going on between you and them, it's a sooner or later thing before your warranty expires, then it's all on you already XD FORTHEWIND, 13th, and 4 others liked this post

Hello guys, thanks for the overwhelming reply/opinion. Here's an update for you guys. I will take u guy step by step since they agree on RMA,BUT they have to check and diagnosed on the laptop weather its hardware problem. (hopefully not user problem again) I took all video/image/conversation as evidence, i don't mind being transparent in this case. ![]() This morning i text ILLEGEAR for my RMA process. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Video above please refer to the Image below, i will attached and explain. ![]() Note: this is the first Occurrences after previous admitted to ILLEGEAR HOSPITAL (LAST ADMITTED : 22 January 2021) Received on my door step, 27 January 2021 (5 Days of Diagnosis) Came out no problem on their side. First Occurrences : Date 5 Feb 2021 Laptop cant detect on GPU. So i switched in BIOS running on dGPU only.Due to MCO i cant cross state so i have to think an alternative way to work, i will switch to dGPU which is not recommended by ILLEGEAR (Please refer Pic 2.) ![]() After switching to dGPU, its a random luck sometimes it can be switched on sometime will be blackscreen. You can see above the webcam is blinking which they are scanning my face to log in, the power light and keyboard RGB light are on. ![]() this is today before sending back to ILLEGEAR, i switched back go Hybrid and it able to detect my GPU. (On and Off) please refer pic 1 which are earlier date it cant be detect. ![]() My boy is ready to go, been keeping this box since my first problem (Fried SSD) .
