Lol lucky me..before this i plan to buy this brand or D brand gaming laptop..but after take few consideration at the end im build the pc..oh hailed pc master race!!!
Joke a side tongue.gif ..hope ts & this company can resolve to something..if the problem still persist my advice is open tribunal case and option resolution either full refund/ 1 to 1 replacement.
but if im in ts place i will go for full refund, then go buy from another reputable brand..less hassle wink.gif

The problem is with that windows 10. Not all nvdia are compatible with ur windows 10 altho same hardware ( kinda confusing right? )

Remove ur current nvdia using ddu and do u have a driver finder something like that?

Tried DDU and all, still no avail.

If Nvdia are not compatible with my window, then why illegear allowed me to specs it on the website sweat.gif
