till date, im not sure they did the 1 on 1 GPU exchange for me, was told if change GPU must togather with my mobo.

From ur documents it din show they exchange the GPU for u.

From azim reply also no GPU has been changed, basically they format and perform their stress test (running Witcher 3 for few days) on it only.

I'm not sure what promise has been made by them but if you got any black n white evidence on them promising to change the GPU then now is the best time to bring it out d.

And ya, the root of your problems still haven't been eliminated.

Seriously not sure if they even have a tech team for such issue or all their procedure is just formatting and hope everything will b fixed

I'm not an Illegear customer or endorsing their products but I've seen chinti and others continuously bash Illegear daily for everything, I'm not sure what beef they have but it's best to be neutral on this kind of issue.

We probably don't know the full story and the only way to solve this issue is for Mr gentleman here to send in for warranty claim. Maybe he can also post the entire WhatsApp chat for everyone to see and not just a few snippets of his own selection.

If they still don't fix the issue then I recommend you to take action by going consumer tribunal, etc. As they mentioned you only contact them at around 1pm when this thread started at 10am, why do that unless you wanted to create drama at /K?

Hello login first time in 2 months just to post this. Claims not illegear rep but somehow keeps track of what everyone is doing in illegear thread.

Let me just say if ts never open the thread he wouldnt have gotten the cs service attention if he didn't open the thread.

We dun bash for no reasons, all those that bash r customers that experienced the sucky service from illegear before.

If illegear customer service and after sales service was good, there won't be so many unhappy customers complaining until they close down their thread in the notebook section.

Or perhaps u could prove us wrong?

I just think we shouldn't jump to conclusions, simply because we don't know the full story. All this time we hear Mr Gentleman's side of the story only... and he claims he already sent in 4-5 times but Azim said only sent in 3 times (1 of those is for Samsung SSD)?

That's why I ask Mr Gentleman to upload the full conversation history, from there we will know the full story and can make proper judgement
