He likes the project, he bought a unit, developer is offering buyer-get-buyer referral, he promotes the project, he asks those who knew the project from him or who get convinced to book a unit from what he shared to put him as referral.

What's the problem?

Initially I wanna buy this condo, but when I experienced the whole Kajang line is so packed during peak hours then I decided to consider another condo. I always go up and down at Maluri MRT, and that kind of packed is like I need to pushed myself to get into the coach. shakehead.gif

Imagine there are still 3 condos waiting to be VP along the line: Maxim Risen (Tmn Mutiara), Nexus (Tmn Pertama) and CO (Connought). Plus one MRT3 interchange at Tmn Midah.

not much different if you're going to drive. highways are also congested. only difference is that you're enclosed in ur own car. Using public transit, u dont need to worry about ur car and how to drive there (i.e., TRX) if its accessible by train.

Then what’s the purpose for owner referral scheme? you jealous me to earn referral scheme then blame it’s conflict of interest la? Im not related to Uem, conflict anything? Out there so many projects offering owner referral scheme, better study your understanding before commenting anything

plenty, for instance trion 1, one cochrane

i think CO1 area there total got 5k units including maxim, majestic, co1 & aster

not yet include the flat nearby and phase 2 of co1

hmm.gif

the jam there mainly going all the way to kajang semenyih and need to pass through call the way from loke yew to eko cheras leisure mall there hence the jam


just wonder how many units will co1 phase 2 have hmm.gif

Maybe trion factory area not jam.. but when you hit to main road.. its the same. And agent keep saying sungai besi factory area will be redevelope.. so when it is happening.. the jam will be there unless the factory stay there forever lol

CO2 likely the same 1k+ units

Yes, I agreed that nowadays almost everywhere is jammed in Klang Valley. As I don't have car now so actually my reply is based on the train congestion during peak hour.

Connaught station is still manage to get in during peak hours but maluri one will have to queue up to wait for 1-2 rounds during peak hours. MRT 1 direct line to several popular mall and offices surely the demand is high

Yes as studio unit limited, only Tower A available and left around 8 units on highest floor only
