how's the sales going?

curious on when phase 2 will be launching
if close to vp only launch phase 2 then jialat

have to face the construction for 4 years

start signing spa last year around may?
there is an empty land right next to connaught one as future phase 2

the longer they wait to launch
the more negative impact to the current one

Why? buyer prefer phase 1 nearest to MRT entrance, phase 2 construction is not forever.. after construction done back to normal

the land is right next to each other

don't think got any much diff in terms of location

phase 2 construction not forever but 4 years is enough to drive the tenants away wink.gif

Look at Emerald 9 as reference. Their phase 1 completed and phase 2 under construction now. I didn’t see any affected right now and owners/tenants still happily live in. Emerald 9 even all tower ABCDE under same phase didn’t separate, CO1 and CO2 is totally separate smile.gif

Many other developments having the same situation, maybe try to survey more:)
